A crucial and costly step in the whole manufacturing process is precision super finishing procedure. of final involved production components. It accounts for a respectable portion cost overall, mostly uncontrolled, requires lot manpower. Abrasive finish methods are being developed to address issues including high direct costs components with particular characteristics inaccessible places. vast number cutting blades arbitrary orientation shape used abrasive process. Due their ability complete variety form geometries appropriate dimensional accuracy surface polish, fine procedures often used. The unconventional method known as AFM (abrasive flow machining) presses viscoelastic polymer on work piece. Al7075/SiC NMMCs’ internal rounded hollow surfaces completed using an trial procedure that constructed designed conjunction specially produced medium.
